Changed your mind?
If you have changed your mind about something you have ordered, email us and we will help you with returning the product. We do not offer refunds, so please choose carefully. Stock on limited runs can end, and we may not be able to fulfil the same style again.
We do offer store credits which can be used in store.
Return conditions
- All returns must be within 14 days of purchase
- Original tags and proof of purchase required
- Product must be unworn and unused

- Cosmetics
- Sale or discounted products
If the product you ordered is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to find a remedy.
European fit, explained.
In general, the products at Mane are a European fit, which is a little slimmer and longer than typical NZ sizing. Deeluxe and Superdry have a similar fit; Ben Sherman is slightly larger but still a tailored cut.
If you are unsure about a product, contact us and we can offer more precise measurements before you order.
Brand fit notes
- Deeluxe — European slim, true to European size
- Superdry — Similar to Deeluxe, slim European cut
- Ben Sherman — Slightly roomier, still a tailored fit
- LTB — European slim, size up if between sizes
General guidance
- If you are between sizes, size up
- Fit varies by style (slim, regular, oversize, skinny, classic)
